Privacy Policy
Asking for a call-back about Urovenex, our prostate support capsules, means handing us a few personal details. Below we set out, without legal jargon, which of them we keep, where they go and how you can get them erased. It applies to every visit to urovenex.com.
The details you give us
The order form asks for two things only: your name and a mobile number. During the call you may add the address for delivery and say when someone will be home. We do not ask for card numbers, Aadhaar, PAN or any medical records, and you should never send them to us.
Why we need them
- to call you back and confirm the pack, quantity and total;
- to hand your address and phone number to the courier who brings the parcel;
- to answer a question you send us later about the same order.
Your number is not added to promotional SMS lists, and we never sell or rent contact details to other companies.
Who else sees them
Only the people who need them for your order: our call team and the delivery partner. Each of them receives the minimum required – the courier, for example, gets your name, address and phone, but nothing about what you discussed with the consultant.
Storage and deletion
An order record stays with us until the courier has delivered and for a limited time after, so we can still help if something about that parcel comes up. Then it is erased or stripped of anything that identifies you. Access to the records is limited to staff accounts protected by passwords.
What you can ask for
You may ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct a mistake in it, or to delete it altogether. Write to [email protected] from any address, mention the phone number you used on the form, and the change will be made and confirmed to you by email.
Updates
Should our data practices be revised, the new version will be published on this page. Current version: 2026.
